Try to notice at least three different sounds. Move to smells, not evaluating, just experiencing. Notice any residual taste in your mouth. Without moving around, how many different textures are within your reach? Notice how they feel. Lastly, notice your body position. What is grounding you? No judgement or call to action. Just enjoy the moment.
